Check the announcement and its time zone first

The event date and ticket sale date may differ. Confirm the sale date, presale eligibility, login and identity checks on the official event page. A clock comparison cannot establish your eligibility or queue position.

Countdown input always means Korea Standard Time (Asia/Seoul, UTC+09:00), including on devices abroad. Enter the Korean date and time from the announcement. For example, 6 October 2026 at 20:00 in Seoul is 11:00 UTC. Use World Clock’s dated comparison to see the corresponding date and time abroad.

  1. Select the actual provider: NOL, YES24, Melon Ticket or Ticketlink.
  2. Open its official website to check the event announcement and login.
  3. Return to Ticket time and press Check time.
  4. Read the device difference, ± estimate and sample age together after a successful check.

Separate the response clock from the sale-opening clock

The source is the public response’s HTTP Date header, which expresses response origination time in whole seconds. A CDN or proxy can participate in the response. The tool does not query the internal system that opens sales.

Different results across providers are not an accuracy ranking. Expand Source and original response timestamp to inspect the official URL and original header. GMT in the original header and KST in the display describe time in different zones.

How to interpret the result fields
FieldMeaningWhat to check
Response timeResponse timestamp adjusted for estimated delay and elapsed timeSuccessful sample and source URL
Difference from deviceEstimated response time minus device timeDo not calibrate the device from this figure alone
Network & resolution estimate± range accounting for whole-second resolution and observed delaysNot a guarantee of the internal sale clock
Sample ageTime since the sample was takenCheck again after tab suspension or expiration

A worked example of a small difference

Consider an illustrative result of +0.4 seconds from the device and ±0.8 seconds of estimated uncertainty. The difference is smaller than the estimate, so you cannot conclude that your device is exactly 0.4 seconds slow. These numbers are a teaching example, not a measurement of a provider.

Even a larger difference, such as +3 seconds, does not account for all network asymmetry or server clock error. Check the operating system’s automatic date and time settings separately if its clock looks wrong. Adding millisecond digits cannot improve the original header’s resolution.

Set a countdown and verify it on return

Enter the announced opening date and press Set countdown. The countdown is anchored to a successfully measured response estimate. Failed checks do not substitute device time and present it as a valid server countdown.

Leaving the tab or reaching a two-minute sample age stops the estimate. Check again when returning from another website. Samples may be shared within an edge location for up to ten seconds, so repeated checks do not necessarily fetch a fresh response each time. Countdown input lasts only in page memory and must be entered again after a reload.

Recover from a failed check

Reconnect if offline, then retry. Detected stale or cached responses and blocked upstream requests are rejected. Repeated checks do not bypass a provider’s access policy. Use the official link to read announcements and instructions.

A successful result from another provider cannot stand in for your actual provider’s opening clock. To report a failure, include the provider, occurrence time, visible message and browser. You do not need to send login credentials or ticket order numbers.
