Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. By accessing and using Clock Garden (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

Clock Garden provides a device clock, Living Clock, World Clock and ticket website time comparison. Device and world clocks calculate in your browser; ticket time checks use a hosting endpoint to query a public web response timestamp.

2. Browser and Network Limitations

Suspended tabs or sleeping devices can delay display updates. Ticket time requires a network connection and hides estimates when a check fails or the sample expires. It does not guarantee a successful booking or agreement with the internal sale-opening clock.

3. Accuracy of Time and Time Zone Data

Local device times depend on your personal computer or smartphone's system clock. Time zone conversions rely on the standardized IANA Time Zone Database implemented in your browser's JavaScript engine. While we apply rigorous testing and DST validation, regional governments occasionally alter daylight saving rules without sufficient advance notice, which may temporarily affect displayed offsets. Ticket time estimates use whole-second HTTP timestamps and network-delay measurements; they are not verified internal ticketing clocks.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual design, code structure, written guides, and original 3D artistic assets of the Living Clock (including all scene textures and models) are the exclusive intellectual property of Clock Garden. You may not scrape, republish, or commercialize these assets without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall the operators of Clock Garden be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the instruments.
