Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026. At Clock Garden, we believe in transparent, minimalist data practices. We do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles. All core device-clock and world time-zone calculations run within your web browser.

Local Storage and Preferences

Clock display options, Living Clock scenes and favorites, world city favorites, comparison reference, 12/24-hour format and light/dark theme are stored in this browser’s localStorage.

These settings are not sent to our servers or synchronized to another device. Settings from earlier tool versions may remain until you clear the browser’s site data.

Ticket website time checks

When you request a ticket time check, our hosting service receives the selected website ID and queries that website's public response timestamp. The upstream request does not forward your cookies, IP address, login details or countdown input. Measured time samples may be shared in a hosting cache for up to ten seconds; they contain the website ID and timing data, not visitor records. Countdown input remains in this page's memory. Standard hosting logs may include your request path and IP address as described below.

Visits and page performance

We use our hosting provider Cloudflare's Web Analytics to aggregate page views, visits from outside the site, referral sources, browser and device types, and page loading performance. This analytics does not use cookies or visitor identifiers in localStorage, identify returning individuals, or track activity across other websites. Favorite cities, comparison dates and countdown inputs are not sent to analytics.

Your browser loads Cloudflare's measurement script and sends performance information, so Cloudflare receives those connection requests. These aggregates are separate from the standard hosting logs described below. They are not used for advertising or personalized recommendations. Advertising review and cookies

As of September 30, 2026, advertising is disabled. Account metadata and ads.txt identify the site for AdSense review without loading the advertising script. The following information applies if advertising is enabled in a future release.

To help support the ongoing hosting and development of our free instruments, Clock Garden may use third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the Internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your visits to our site and other sites across the web.
• Your Choices & Opt-Out: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visitingGoogle Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visitingwww.aboutads.info.

Server Logs & Hosting

When you load pages on Clock Garden, our static hosting provider automatically receives standard HTTP request metadata, such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and the requested page URL. This technical data is used solely for content delivery, DDOS mitigation, and server security.

Browser Permissions (Wake Lock)

We will only request browser permissions when you explicitly click a corresponding control:

• Screen Wake Lock: Used solely when you enable the "Keep screen awake" toggle on the clock, requesting that the display remain awake while you use it.

How to Delete Your Data

Because your data is saved only in your device's browser, you have complete control. You can unstar cities directly inside the app, or clear your browser's cookies and site data forClock Garden to permanently wipe all stored settings.

Email inquiries

If you email us, your address and message are received in the operator’s Gmail mailbox and used to respond. Do not include passwords or sensitive records. Contact us to request deletion of correspondence.
